Hannah Wilson
ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN — BARIATRIC, WEIGHT & METABOLIC HEALTH
Hannah Wilson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian providing evidence-based nutrition care for adults seeking support with weight management, bariatric surgery, metabolic health, and complex relationships with food.
Her work supports clients through periods where health feels disrupted or uncertain, including pre- and post-bariatric surgery, GLP-1 and medical weight-management therapy, diabetes, and long histories of dieting or disordered eating. Care reflects the reality that appetite, energy, weight, and emotional capacity change over time, and that sustainable progress comes from adaptable strategies rather than perfectionism.
With advanced training across nutrition, psychology, and behaviour change — alongside lived experience of serious illness — Hannah’s approach prioritises clarity, safety, and long-term results. Clients are supported to understand what their body needs now, address barriers that may be limiting progress, and build practical habits that support metabolic health, weight regulation, and confidence without relying on rigid rules or willpower.
Care is structured and evidence-led, with a focus on improving metabolic outcomes and building habits that hold up under real-world conditions.

Ashleigh Gale
ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN
I’m Ashleigh, an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in weight loss surgery and medical weight management. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the nutrition advice out there, you’re not alone. I’m passionate about helping you cut through the noise and find what actually works for you.
I know food is so much more than just fuel: it’s social, emotional, and personal. That’s why my approach isn’t about strict rules or saying goodbye to all the foods you love. Instead, I’ll help you build a balanced way of eating that nourishes your body, boosts your confidence, and still lets you enjoy meals with family and friends (because life’s too short to skip the good stuff!).
Whether you’re preparing for bariatric surgery, managing metabolic health, tackling diabetes, or working through digestive issues, I’ll work with you to develop a balanced approach to eating that feels great for your body, builds your confidence in your choices, and lets you enjoy food in social settings. My goal is to help you fall in love with a healthy lifestyle, making food enjoyable, fulfilling, and aligned with your health goals.

Julie Hennessy
ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN - BARIATRIC & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
As a bariatric dietitian supporting clients in Melbourne and across Australia, I bring 16 years of clinical experience to helping people prepare for surgery, navigate recovery, and maintain long-term metabolic health.
My work spans Australia, England, and New Zealand, giving me a broad and practical understanding of the nutritional, behavioural, and emotional challenges that arise at every stage of bariatric and medical weight management—including for those using GLP-1 medications. Working with clients across different health systems and cultures has given me a deep understanding of the real challenges people face: shifting appetite patterns, plateaus, fatigue, emotional eating, worries about regain, and the pressure to “get it right.” My role is to bring clarity, confidence, and a sustainable plan that fits your life.
My approach is steady, evidence-based, and deeply person-centred. I focus on understanding your unique needs: what your body requires now, why certain physical or emotional challenges might appear, and how to build practical habits that support long-term weight stability, healing, and emotional wellbeing, without relying on willpower.

ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN — BARIATRIC, GUT HEALTH & WOMEN’S HEALTH
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian supporting clients in Melbourne and via telehealth, I bring a strong clinical foundation and an integrated nutrition-and-movement perspective to helping people improve their health with clarity and confidence.
I hold a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise Science and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University, and I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer. This dual training allows me to consider how nutrition, physical capacity, and daily habits work together — particularly for people navigating bariatric surgery, metabolic health concerns, or chronic conditions.
My experience across both private and public healthcare settings has given me a practical understanding of the challenges people face when trying to make sustainable changes: balancing nutrition with busy lives, managing gut symptoms, supporting energy levels, and building routines that actually last. My role is to help translate evidence-based nutrition into clear, realistic strategies that minimise overwhelm.
My approach is practical, supportive, and person-centred. I focus on understanding where you’re starting from, what your body needs now, and how to build habits that support long-term health, strength, and confidence.
