Hannah Wilson
ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN — BARIATRIC, WEIGHT & METABOLIC HEALTH
If you've spent years trying to change your weight, chances are you're exhausted. Not because you haven't tried hard enough, but because restriction and starting over have become the only tools that feel logical.
Hannah's clinical approach is built around a different starting point: identifying what's actually in the way. For many clients, that includes disordered eating and subclinical eating disorder presentations that sit beneath the weight history - patterns that frequently go unrecognised, and that drive the cycle that no amount of willpower or meal planning has been able to break.
Hannah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, a SCOPE-Accredited Obesity Management Practitioner (World Obesity Federation), and an ANZMOSS member, with specialist expertise across bariatric surgery nutrition, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, GLP-1 pharmacotherapy support, and hormonally-driven metabolic conditions including PMOS, perimenopause, and endometriosis. Her training spans dietetics, psychology, and behaviour change.
Speciality Areas
Hannah works primarily with adults seeking long-term, evidence-based support in the following areas:

Ashleigh Gale
ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN - BARIATRIC, WEIGHT & METABOLIC HEALTH
Generic advice is easy to find. What's harder to find is a dietitian who takes the time to assess thoroughly enough to identify what's actually holding you back.
Ashleigh's approach begins with a thorough, detailed assessment — because the right plan for someone six months post-bariatric surgery with stalled weight loss and declining muscle mass looks nothing like the right plan for someone preparing for surgery, managing general weight loss, diabetes, or GLP-1 side effects. With 7 years of clinical experience and a specific focus on body composition, she works with clients to preserve muscle during weight loss, support metabolic health, and build habits that hold up well beyond the early post-operative period.
Ashleigh is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Dietitians Australia) and is currently completing SCOPE accreditation (World Obesity Federation). Clients consistently describe her as easy to talk to - someone who makes a complex, often emotionally loaded process feel manageable from the first appointment.
Speciality Areas
Ashleigh works primarily with adults seeking long-term, evidence-based support in the following areas:
Bariatric surgery nutrition (pre-op, post-op, long-term)
General weight loss & weight management
Diabetes & blood glucose management
GLP-1 & medical weight management
Body composition & muscle preservation
Metabolic health optimisation

Julie Hennessy
ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN - BARIATRIC & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
For many people seeking bariatric or weight management support, the hardest part isn't knowing what to do; it's feeling understood well enough to actually move forward. Julie's clinical strength is exactly that: the ability to quickly identify the barriers that are keeping someone stuck, and make them feel genuinely seen in the process.
With 16 years of experience across Australia, England, and New Zealand, Julie brings a rare depth of clinical perspective to bariatric and medical weight management. Working across different health systems and cultures has sharpened her ability to synthesise complexity fast — recognising the interplay between shifting appetite, fatigue, emotional eating, plateaus, and fear of regain, and translating that into a clear, workable plan. She has particular expertise supporting clients using GLP-1 medications, and brings training in neurodivergence-affirming nutrition care to clients whose relationship with food, routine, and change doesn't fit a standard framework.
Julie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Dietitians Australia), a Registered Dietitian (New Zealand), and a SCOPE-Accredited Obesity Management Practitioner (World Obesity Federation). She is currently completing a Master of Psychology — training that directly informs the behavioural and emotional dimensions of her clinical work.
Speciality Areas
Julie works primarily with adults seeking long-term, evidence-based support in the following areas:
Women’s metabolic health and weight management
Bariatric surgery support (pre-op, post-op, and long-term follow-up)
GLP-1 and medical weight management therapy
Managing plateaus, fatigue, appetite shifts, and concerns about weight regain
Neurodivergence-affirming nutrition care
Julie consults exclusively online, offering accessible, flexible appointments for clients in Melbourne and across Australia.

Georgia Patterson
ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN — BARIATRIC, GUT HEALTH & WOMEN’S HEALTH
Most people know they need to eat better and move more. What's less clear is why the two keep working against each other. Georgia specialises in exactly that intersection.
Georgia is one of a small number of dietitians who holds dual qualifications in nutrition and exercise science alongside a personal training certification. In practice, this means her recommendations aren't built in isolation from movement. They account for physical capacity, recovery, and the way daily habits compound over time. This integrated perspective is particularly valuable for clients navigating bariatric surgery, metabolic health concerns, gut symptoms, or the demands of sport and performance, where nutrition and physical function are inseparable.
Georgia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Dietitians Australia), a Sports Dietitian (Sports Dietitians Australia), and Monash University FODMAP Accredited. She is currently completing SCOPE accreditation (World Obesity Federation) and ANZAED eating disorder credentialling. Her experience across both private and public healthcare settings gives her a practical understanding of what sustainable change actually requires — and what gets in the way.
