The NSV Method™
A Structured, Clinical Approach to Weight & Metabolic Health.
A 16-week program combining DEXA body composition scanning, clinical testing, and structured dietitian support — designed to deliver measurable, sustainable change.
Most people we see aren’t starting from zero.
They've tried eating better, tracking calories, or following plans that worked… until they didn't.
The missing piece usually isn't effort. It's not having a clear picture of what's actually driving your results — your body composition, your metabolic markers, your behaviours.
The NSV Method gives you that picture. And builds everything around it.
Your appetite dropped — but not your body’s nutrient needs
You’re eating less — yet unsure you’re eating right
Conflicting advice leaves you second-guessing
What makes The NSV Method different.
We don't start with a plan. We start by understanding what's actually driving your results.
Most nutrition support is built on assumptions. We replace assumptions with data. Using body composition scanning and clinical testing to see exactly what's happening in your body, and why.
From there, everything is built around your physiology, your drivers, and your goals.
And just as importantly, we focus on the behaviours that make change stick. Not just what to eat, but how change actually happens in real life.
What’s Inside The NSV Method™
A structured, data-guided nutrition program delivered with clinical precision.
Personalised Nutrition & Behaviour Strategy
-
We begin with a full clinical picture:
Nutrition history
Medical background
Lifestyle demands
Dietary intake and preferences
5 x 1:1 Dietitian Consultations
-
5 Structured 1:1 consults.
Your program begins with a comprehensive initial session to establish your baseline data, set your goals, and build your personalised plan.
From there, four structured review consultations are scheduled across 16 week, each one reviewing your data, adjusting your approach, and building on the work from the session before.
Sessions cover dietary education, behaviour change coaching, and goal setting and can be attended in person or via telehealth, or a mix of both.
Ongoing Support Between Sessions
-
Monday to Friday access to your dietitian via secure messaging — so support is there when you actually need it, not just at your next appointment.
Use it to ask questions as they come up, get help with supermarket shopping, or share wins and challenges along the way.
Collaboration With Your GP & Medical Team
-
We don't work in isolation. Throughout your program, we keep your GP and wider medical team informed and involved.
Three formal clinical letters are sent directly to your referring doctor or specialist, at the start of your program, at the halfway point, and on completion. Each one summarises your progress, your data, and any relevant clinical findings.
This means your GP, endocrinologist, bariatric surgeon, or GLP-1 prescriber stays across your care. Your nutrition support is integrated with the rest of your health team, not separate from it.
2 x Body Composition DEXA Scans
-
Two DEXA scans are included. One at the start of your program, one at week 16.
For many clients it's the first time they've had a clear picture of what's actually happening in their body. Not just weight, but where fat is sitting, how much muscle they have, and how that's changing over time.
Whether you're navigating perimenopause, managing a health condition, recovering from bariatric surgery, or focused on long-term chang, DEXA replaces guesswork with a clinical picture that's specific to you.
Your second scan at week 16 shows exactly what's moved. Not just something you feel, something you can see.
